- Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1-7 working days to reflect in your account. You will be notified via email/WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.

- 7-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

- Non-Refundable Items:
- Transaction charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Refunds are not applicable for services related to hacking, phishing, spam, or malicious websites.
- Renewed services, domains, VPS servers, dedicated servers, licenses, RDP servers, and full inbox protection services are non-refundable.

- No Refund on Renewed Services: Renewed services are not eligible for refunds.
